Hormones 3 Episode 2 Live Recap by @bencanuck soompi
We're thrown right into scenes that we've already seen part of in trailers and episode previews. Dao is on the roof/terrace to meet Koi.
Dao starts with: "We haven't talked in a long time. Was it fun in Belgium?" Koi: "It was OK. Why did you want to talk to me? Is something up?" "Can we go back to being with one another like before? I'd like to apologize for what I did, too. I don't want things to be like this." "Which 'before' do you mean, though?" "Well, hang out, talk to one another, call another if we want to." "You mean like girlfriends? I think that your 'before' is friends, really, right? You don't like me in that way anymore, right?" "That's not it." "Just friends is what you want?" "I don't want to make you sad again." "Right now I am. Because you're not accepting me as I am."
Dao offers Koi her little finger to make up. (Note also that Koi means "little finger" and Dao used this cleverly in last year's season finale to try to make up, too.) Koi pauses and then says, "Well, OK," and walks away, clearly not impressed enough. She gets a text from Net about going running together this evening; she replies that she'll go.

Team Boss enters the Student Council room (presumably for the first time). It's big! Time to get set up! Non is happy. Boss gets to work right away writing the party platform/promises on the board. He underlies the one about homework and says not to forget the promises and not to forget about finding a way to fulfil them. Kanompang intervenes to make things less serious. Non tries to encourage everyone and tries to cheer up Boss and build a bridge back to him.

Teacher Nanthiya is translating English for 5/1 (Sun, Jane, etc.). "Richard went for the job interview, because the company... The manager was just full of hot air." She translates into Thai correctly, except for the last bit about the manager being "full of hot air."
Jane: "May I? I think your translation is wrong."
Teacher Ying/Nanthiya: "I've been an English teacher for a long time. Don't think that you're smarter than people here just people you come from abroad."
Jane says she's not saying she's smart, she just is saying this is a mistranslation. She uses a search on her phone to prove her point. The teacher says her problem is manners, not getting English right or wrong. Everyone is interested in this nonsense from and confrontation with the teacher.
After class, KNP introduces to Jane Oil, Ryo, A -- and Sun interrupts her, because he smoothly wants to test if Jane remembers his name. Jane: "You forget your own name or what? ... Nope, don't remember."

Net and Koi running at a park. They stop to stretch. Net asks what is the story with Dao and her. Koi says they're friends. Net says he heard they used to be a couple... thanks to the Dew stuff.
After that day with the flyers, Koi says she hasn't talked with Dao... not even after Belgium. She wondered if anything would get better this term, but she's hurting again becuase of the way Dao wanted to be friends. But why didn't they get back together? "Maybe because I'm a girl [which could mean she's straight]." "So does that mean you're a lesbian?" "Maybe, if that means a girl who likes girls." [my internet couldn’t keep up, and I missed a few seconds]
"And you, do you like guys?" "Could be, if they're handsome like Mario [Maurer], haha."
Net: "Based on what you said, it doesn't seem impossible for you to like guys... Because before, the last guy didn't seem so OK. So maybe if another guy made you feel OK, was good to you, you might like him. Shall I give it a try?"
"Haha, funny!" says Koi. They both laugh. But is Net joking?

Oil is in the cafeteria alone. She picks up her phone and snaps photos of a couple nearby. First ruins one of her photos. "Hey, just pranking you... I'm First. Who are you? ... Oil, can I have your number?" "My number?" "Or any way I could talk to you? Hey now, come on..." Oil gives in.
First leaves. KNP and Sun arrive at Oil's table. KNP: "Hey, who was that? Was he flirting with you?" Oil says no. KNP: "If he likes you, talk to him!"
Oil looks longingly at the photo First ruined. She texts with First. First doesn't take long to say, "I want to hit on KNP. Please please please [help]!" Oil texts back, "OK." She appears devastated.

Pala comes to the Running Club. Pala says his grandma won't let him stay out late. The coach says that's too bad.
In the car, Grandma asks what Pala was doing today. "I'm sorry that I didn't ask permission from you, Grandma... Can I join the Running Club? We'd practice in the mornings and evenings. It would be good exercise." "No, you can't. You be home late. You know you have to come home at 5pm." Pala tries: "The coach says he'd support me, I can do it well, I like it." "You like it?" Pala nods. Grandma: "OK, if you like it. But you need to be disciplined like before. You have to come home at 7pm. I'll pick you up like before." Pala is excited and delighted. He exclaims, "Thanks so much, Grandma!"

At home, Phao is checking out his dad's old guitar. His dad comments that he can even use the guitar in the right position. Phao plays -- or tries to.

At Siam Paragon, Dao and Koi wait to get into a lift. They go in. It's all awkward silence. Meanwhile, a guy in the lift puts his hand close to Dao. Koi notices. She yells at him! The guy denies it and runs away. Koi chases him. Dao is trying to calm Koi down. She succeeds.
It turns out they're holding hands in the aftermath of the incident -- or rather, Dao is holding Koi's. "So do friends hold hands like this?" asks Koi. Dao pauses. [I don't think she said anything, but maybe she did. Who knows with my internet. ;) ] Koi: "If it makes the other person have feelings, it might be better not to...?" Dao releases Koi's hand.
Elle comes, all happy and excited! She finds the two of them together. "Are you two OK now?" she asks. Koi says that they are. Dao hasn't said anything.

Edit again: Dew, not Bew. Bew is in the Angels gang. Dew is Dao's nemesis (now Jelly groupie).
Recap (continued, spoilers)
Net and Koi are running. They get to Koi's house. Her dad asks, "Hey, who's that she's running with?" They eat together. Net says he wants to be an engineer. Koi says hey, her too! She jokes that she'll base her decision on convenience; she's too lazy to travel far to get to her university. She and her dad tease each other and joke around. net observes.

[I missed some stuff here, as Soompi crashed my browser. Not my internet's fault for once. ^_^ The new Soompi really is annoying. ]
Phao is out shopping with his parents. They are standing outside a music store. Phao promises his parents that he won't give up practising [guitar] easily if he gets one. He'll be dedicated. They give in. He explains to his mom that the electric guitar has not sound by itself and needs more equipment. He gets all the equipment he needs.

Dao and Koi at home doing school work. Dao turns on some sort of pornography on the computer. [I guess girl-girl?] They watch and there appears to develop a mood. They kiss. Cut to adverts.

Dao and Koi are kissing on the bed. Dao touches Koi's shoulder. But wait. What is this sequence? Net appears on Koi's other side as Dao is touching her! Oh, it's just a dream. Koi wakes up.

Oil is in the cafeteria alone. First comes, rushing to bump into her. He plays it like he's just a fun guy.
"What does KNP like to eat?" he asks. Oil: "She likes all sweets." "Oh, that's cute!" he replies; "well, what do you like? I'll buy you something to say thanks for your efforts."
Just then, KNP comes. "Hi!" says First. Oil introduces them to one another.
KNP bought something sweet to share with Oil, but she wants to take a photo first. First ruins her photo on purpose, and then he lets her have the toy he used to ruin her photo. KNP says its cute. She plays with it.

Zomzom arrives home. She's actually super-cute with her dad; she's not half as tough as she lets on. ;)
Dad is talking to Mom on the phone. He gives the phone to Zomzom: "Mom, I miss you so much! You'll come back tomorrow? I'll be with you one night at the condo before you have to go back to America! ... See you soon, love you!"
"Dad, are you are Mom talking again? ... Do you still love Mom? ... Do you want her to come back?"
"She doesn't want to. She wants to talk with me, that's enough. Besides, you're like having a mom around."
"Is that a compliment or are you complaining?"
Haha, they finish the conversation.

Dao and Koi skype one another. Dao asks why Koi didn't go to school, Koi says she's not feeling well, her throat hurts a bit. Koi gets a call from net. She hesitates to answer it, but Dao tells her to.
Koi turns away from the camera to talk to Net. Dao is intrigued by the tone with which they talk to another, I guess.
"Who's that?" "Net from Classroom 2." "When did you get to know each other?" "A few months back, but we're just good friends. " "Is he trying to be more?" "Well, why are you interested?" "No reason. Just asking."
Koi will hang up. Dao asks Koi to stay. I think she said she's scared of ghosts and she has homework left to do. Dao says, "But that's all!" Koi says OK, she'll read a book and be there for her, stay awake with her, be a good friend. Just a few seconds pass. Dao is going to ask a question -- but Koi has fallen asleep already. Dao looks at her -- with nostalgia, maybe? gratefulness? longing? I'm not sure.
Recap continued (spoilers of course)
Koi is still sleeping. Dao on skype: "Koi! Koi! Koi! Get up. Time to get ready for school." Koi's neck is cramped. She seems to be getting up, though.
..
At the pool [at school I assume], Elle, Dao, and Koi are getting showered. Elle leaves to get changed. Koi and Dao are alone in the shower room. Koi watches Dao a bit. She has a cramp or makes out that she does.
Dao offers to massage it. Koi says that's alright, but Dao feels bad for making her stay up late last night. Koi turns her back to Dao. Dao starts to massage Koi's shoulders. "Just stay still," says Dao. "Gently, Dao," says Koi.
Predictably, the massage in the shower, with hot water running, gets sensual. Koi touches Dao's hand, kisses it, caresses it, guides both of her hands lower. Dao leans in to kiss Koi.
Elle's voice: "You guys done yet?" Elle isn't there, but she's calling from another room. Dao and Koi break apart.
Dao apologizes: "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done anything."
Koi: "You 'shouldn't have'?"
Dao: "That's... yes."
Koi retorts that she's sorry, too -- and leaves.
..
Koi is crying on the stairs. Net comes with a cookery book. "How'd you know I'm here?" says Koi. Net tries to cheer her up.
Net has a crazy plan. "Koi, I know how to make the stress go away. Close your eyes. Close them. Close them. Now, put your hand out. Close your eyes again..." Net leads her through steps that seem to amount to nothing much. In the end Koi is allowed to open her eyes again.
"You crazy or what?" asks Koi.
"Well, are you better now?" says Net jocularly.
"A little..." She opens her heart to Net: "Just now, something happened with Dao again. I felt so bad. I should just let everything go. I can't take it any more. I want to feel good again. This is too much."
Net ponders and listens.
Net: "Talking like this is a good opportunity, though." Koi: "What do you mean?" Net: "Well, I like you, Koi. If you feel towards me like I can towards you, I might be just the right person for you. Maybe you can forget Dao and move on. Should we go out together?"
Koi: "Are you being serious?"
Net: "I am."
Koi hesitates, still sobbing somewhat and says, "Let's give it a try."
Dao is still listening; she is upset. Net is happy. Koi smiles wanly. Net and Koi leave to go home.
..
At home, Dao is crying in her room.
Dao types, "If in this world, there were only you and me, I would hold onto you and never let you go. But that's not the way the world is. There are many people in my world. Some of them are worried about me..."
Dao does to talk to her mom. Meanwhile the narration says what she's really thinking. But she can't tell her mom what her problem is.
She goes to her room and cries.
Dao continues typing, "This has happened because I didn't, couldn't choose. If today you're going to really go, I just want you to know that... I love you very much. But I can't choose you."
Intercut with Dao crying and talking to her mom are scenes of Koi and Net at the park. In the intercut scenes of Koi and Net in the park, Net offers Koi his hand; Koi takes it, and they walk off together.
Next time
Oil invites First to go bowling at Siam with her and KNP.
Mali comes to class for the first time; she's introduced by the teacher. Mali says she's from America.
Mali to Zomzom: "Hello, big sister."
Zomzom forbids Mali from saying they live at the same home. No one at school must know. But...
At the lunch table, one of Zomzom's friends/gang-members says, "Better to talk in Thai. Repeat after me," she says to Mali: "'My dad is gay.'"
